A fantastic weekend took place, of cross country running and mountain bike on the beach of Skala Eressos and the Lava Paths!
The first mountain race took place on a night round trail that crossed the Eressos plain and through paths, rivers, volcanic landscapes and ended at the west end of the beach. From there, the athletes following Eressos's lightened by torches beach, ended up in the central square of the village.
Abd the next day a summer bike ride that raised the already high temperature to the heights. The park of the petrified forest welcomed the cyclists and encouraged them to race among the remnants of our volcanic heritage. A race partly technical but mostly difficult since the area is dry and the cyclists are constantly exposed to the sun.
The finish line as always with smiles and the results of the races can be found in the attached files below.
